Where to park
If the lot is full, you may be directed to overflow parking. Keep driving down Portwall Street.

By bus
The nearest stop is METRO stop 12125 on the 11 Almeda/Lyons route. From the stop, head north on Portwall Street and take the second driveway on the right, at the Welcome sign. Then follow the yellow arrows and green apples to the main entrance.
The gate just past that driveway is the Community Resource Center, which is by appointment only.

Step-free access
- The main entrance has a ramp.
- From overflow parking, elevators take you up to the second floor and down to the Lobby.
- METROLift paratransit can be booked at 713-739-4690.
- Ask Volunteer Services about accessible parking or seated roles before your shift.
